Mini-Splits: The Future of HVAC is Here

John Bart, Mitsubishi

Classroom 1

The HVACR industry is rapidly changing. However, no other inventions have changed the industry the way

that ductless HVAC / Mini-Split Systems have. As such, it is imperative that technicians understand the

features and benefits of this technology to prepare them for the industry of today and tomorrow.

So That’s How I Can Use That: A Demonstration On How To Implement New Technology and

Software Into Your Lectures

Don Crawshaw, Salt lake Community College

Classroom 2

Have you ever sat through a presentation about new technology and software that is available for your

classroom only to return to your classroom wondering about how you are going to implement them? This

session is going to demonstrate some of the new technology and software programs available to HVACR

instructors in an actual classroom lecture setting. This session will show examples of how to integrate these

programs into your lectures immediately. You will leave armed with the knowledge to effectively use these

types of materials. Some of the products demonstrated may be incorporated into your program as soon as

you return to your classroom.
