Dale Sizemore

Dale Sizemore is an integral member of the Kysor Warren Epta US leadership team where he serves as the Director of Technical Services having operational responsibility for the organization’s parts and warranty division in addition to two functional departments dedicated to regional technical refrigeration support in North America. Dale has over 30 years of field technical services experience serving customers in the refrigeration sector in regard to product installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and after sales support. In his current role, Dale has more than doubled the after parts sales program in less than 5 years. He has also given 25+ product trainings on natural refrigerant systems. Committed to implementing new product innovations and processes, Dale continues to be a cornerstone in ushering in the next chapter of natural refrigeration adoption and maintenance. He is a respected authority in the refrigeration industry in the areas of refrigeration product installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and program development for aftermarket sales. Dale is a servant leader who leads with passion and integrity. Mr. Sizemore is a master refrigeration technician with a universal EPA refrigerant certification. Dale studied Business at Virginia Commonwealth University and has completed management intensives at Clayton State University.
