Rob Rivera

As a regional director at Tech 24, Rivera brings his years of experience within the refrigeration repair industry to bear in directing strategies and planning for the future, constantly working to improve efficiencies and always be better prepared for the next season. With 25 years of experience in the industry, Rivera understand the demands of the industry and also the importance of customer service. His hands-on approach often has him out in the field, working side by side with technicians to get the best results for his customers. In addition to his role as regional director, Rivera also serves as president of AmeriCold, where he started in 2001. After working as a service tech at a few other companies, he joined AmeriCold’s then president Bob Levine and together they built one of the most respected refrigeration repair businesses in the Northeast. Rivera quickly worked his way up from technician to management roles, serving as vice president of operations and chief operating officer, until taking on his current role as president upon Levine’s retirement. A native New Yorker, Rivera enjoys dining at the many great restaurants that he has the privilege to serve. But his best moments come on weekends when he gets a chance to cook for his wife and two beautiful kids.
