Lester Terrance

Lester is a member of the D+R LEARN team. Mr. Terrance is an instructor and instructional designer working alongside experienced educators to create content for emerging technologies. Through collaboration efforts, the team can leverage 20 years of HVAC and Facility Management experience for educational content creation. Mr. Terrance's background consists of serving 12 years as an Air Force Airman/ HVAC Specialty and 7 years as a Supervisor/ Subject Matter Expert to the United States Dept of State. His work with the government has allowed Mr. Terrance to install, maintain, diagnose and repair several HVAC systems in over 35+ countries on US Base installations, embassies and consulates. As a field supervisor to the DoS, Mr. Terrance also managed six, 2–3-member deployable maintenance teams spanning across the globe while also performing QA/QC and field training in the country of assignment. In addition to his lengthy experience, Mr. Terrance also holds a current Master HVAC license in the state of Virginia.
