Robert O'Brien

Robert (Bob) O'Brien is the Director of Education for the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA). With an extensive background in oilheat and HVAC installations and service, O'Brien is responsible for NORA's education and training initiatives, including NORA's Bronze, Silver and Gold technician certifications and continuing education.
