Dirk Nauman

Dirk Nauman serves as a Carrier Commercial Training and Service Manager for the Habegger Corporation. As a commercial field service representative, he saw a need for technicians to better understand the Sequence of Operation, Schematic Reading, Refrigeration Theory, Air Side Analysis, and Water Analysis. As co-owner of Nauman Innovation Group LLC, he created the HVAC Simulator. The HVAC Simulator began as a desktop trainer for students and entry-level technicians to learn these fundamentals through a curriculum incorporating all learning styles. The company has evolved into a cost-effective way for technicians to learn the science of HVAC with physical and digital simulators. Currently, he sits on four advisory committees for secondary and post-secondary schools, offering services to schools in designing training labs, updating curriculums, and assisting field instructors. His credentials include Carrier Controls Expert, RSES Certificate Member, NATE Senior Efficiency Analyst, and CSME.
